Meet at Blue Heron Farm in Bishop at 9:00am! This meetup will look a little different, and we will begin with a talk about Blue Heron Farm’s regenerative farming practices and how to conduct a bird survey of an area!

Birds we might see: red-tailed hawk, black phoebe, red-breasted sapsucker, raven, yellow-rumped warbler

Sunday March 15th

Meet at the Bishop Looney Bean at 8:00am! We will be birding one of the best spots in Bishop - Dixon Lane! This walk takes us along a well-traveled path next to a creek.

Expect black phoebes, flickers, bewick’s wrens, quail, ravens, and maybe some less common ones (prairie falcons and kingfishers are sometimes out at this spot!)
